Measuring Heel Height

The question of "how high is this heel" varies depending on how the heel is measured. In the image below you can see two different shoes with the same heel height. If you were to measure the heel with the method used by BellaBridalShoes.com, both shoes would measure a 3.5” heel. Oddly enough, many other stores and designers use a different method; they measure the heel height from the center of the heel. As you can see from the diagram, measuring these shoes from the center of the heel yields two different heel heights when clearly the bridal shoes are the same heel height. With this in mind, you will find that many other websites will list the heel heights anywhere from ¼” to ½” lower than BellaBridalShoes.com does for the same shoes. We prefer the method we use because it never varies. It also makes it possible for brides to accurately and confidently measure their own heel heights at home to compare to the styles they see on-line. If you are measuring a heel height on your own, be sure to measure up to the seam where the heel meets the sole; do not measure to the top of the sole.

The heel heights that are quoted on BellaBridalShoes.com are for a size 7 ½ . A size 5 will be slightly lower (about 1/8” to 3/16”) and a size 10 will be slightly higher.

Our cheap bridal shoes are still from the same manufacturers who make the most expensive bridal shoes made today. the reason the price is lower can vary for different reasons. Sometimes we have discontinued items that we need to move to make room for newer shoes. These items are new and unused in the box. We also can have on hand are overstock items and clearance shoes. Return Policy

Three pair of shoes or less

You have 14 days from the day you receive your shoes at your home or office to send them back to us for either a refund or an exchange. BellaBridalShoes.com does not charge any restocking fee and there is no return authorization needed. The above policy is for all orders of three pair of shoes or less.

Four and more pair of shoes

Orders requesting four pair of bridal shoes or more (shipping to the same address) must be received back at BellaBridalShoes.com within 7 days from the day the order was delivered at your home or office. Shoes returned beyond the seventh day will have a $25 restocking fee applied per item. This policy is strictly enforced due to inventory control reasons and to ensure that all merchandise is available to every customer.

Exchanges

Shipping fees are charged to the original card of purchase on all exchanges.

All returns and exchanges are inspected prior to ship out and any shoes returned showing signs of wear, dyed, worn outside, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.

  2. UPS 3 Day Select starting at $16 for the first item
  3. UPS 2nd Day Air starting at $20 for the first item
  4. UPS Next Day Air starting at $38 for the first item

Shipping fees are determined by weight. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at check-out.

Delivery:

Bridal Shoe delivery can take anywhere from a few days to as long as three weeks.

In stock item(s) typically ship out the very next business day from the day that the order was received. Please note that sometimes a bridal shoe item stocked may be temporarily sold out and would need to be ordered.

Out of stock item(s) must be ordered from the manufacturer and take one to two weeks to arrive to BellaBridalShoes.com. After arriving here, they are checked in and shipped out to you the same day. Rush delivery is only available for products listed as "In Stock." If an item is out of stock, we must first receive it here at BellaBridalShoes.com. Once received, we will then ship out to you by whichever method chosen at the time of check out.

BellaBridalShoes.com DOES NOT ship outside of the United States. Ground service is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii - orders shipping to these states must be shipped either 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Additional charges apply.
